Founded by Portland illustrator Rachel Austen in 2017, Elle crée – or “she creates” in French – produces artist quality paint-by-number kits that foster creativity and self-care! Elle Crée seeks to reduce their impact on the environment by carefully sourcing eco-friendly components that are locally produced and USA-made, whenever possible. Their custom paint colors are mixed by hand from non-toxic USA-made acrylic, and the kits are assembled with the help of a small staff in Portland, Oregon. 

Additionalluy, 5% of Elle Crée's net profits are donated to social and environmental causes. In addition to being an eco-friendly brand, they are also committed to being an organization of diversity, inclusion, and most importantly inspiration for budding artists everywhere.
